A few months back, a simple research task for one blog post used to eat up three hours of my day. I’d hunt for sources, skim through endless pages, copy down the useful bits, then try to make sense of it all.
Last week I finished the exact same kind of task in under fifteen minutes.

Notion AI actually does something with what you dump into it. Paste in a long document and it’ll summarize it into clean bullet points. Feed it a rough draft and it tightens up the writing. Throw a pile of scattered ideas at it and it helps turn them into an organized structure.
I keep everything in there: drafts, research notes, my content calendar, prompts that have worked well for me. The AI layer is what makes all of that information actually usable instead of just sitting there.

5. Remove.bg: Clean Backgrounds in Seconds

This one sounds minor. It isn’t.
